蒸發器:
蒸發(fa)器是冰片生成的(de)位置,整(zheng)個(ge)制(zhi)冷系統中的(de)制(zhi)冷劑(ji)通(tong)過蒸發(fa)器內(nei)壁,與水(shui)進行熱交換會(hui)吸收大量熱,使蒸發(fa)器內(nei)壁表(biao)面流過水(shui)急劇降溫到結冰點溫度就(jiu)會(hui)瞬(shun)間結冰。
給水循環裝置:

刮冰部分:
主軸上下端伸出的(de)支架固定(ding)(ding)的(de)刮冰(bing)刀(dao)沿著蒸發(fa)器內壁(bi)進行冰(bing)層(ceng)切(qie)割運動,將達到一(yi)定(ding)(ding)厚度的(de)冰(bing)剝(bo)離內壁(bi),形成均勻形狀的(de)片冰(bing)落處制(zhi)冰(bing)器的(de)落冰(bing)口。兩種(zhong)刮冰(bing)刀(dao),螺旋冰(bing)刀(dao)、耙(pa)式冰(bing)刀(dao),都可滿足刮冰(bing)的(de)功能。
主軸驅動:
主軸低速(su)轉動使由帶有(you)電機減速(su)器帶動的。

片冰機出冰原理:
當制(zhi)冷系統正常工(gong)(gong)作后,制(zhi)冷工(gong)(gong)質(制(zhi)冷劑(ji))通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)縮(suo)機的壓(ya)縮(suo)變成高(gao)溫(wen)高(gao)壓(ya)的蒸(zheng)汽(qi)工(gong)(gong)質,再流入冷凝器(qi)與外(wai)界(jie)換(huan)熱,放出(chu)熱量變成高(gao)壓(ya)液態(tai)工(gong)(gong)質,流經過(guo)濾器(qi)過(guo)濾后通(tong)過(guo)膨(peng)脹閥降壓(ya)降溫(wen)為汽(qi)液混合(he)狀(zhuang)態(tai),然(ran)后進入蒸(zheng)發器(qi),與蒸(zheng)發器(qi)內壁上的水進行熱交(jiao)換(huan),吸收(shou)(shou)大量的熱,使(shi)水急(ji)劇降到結冰點(dian)以下溫(wen)度,瞬速結冰。此時(shi)制(zhi)冷工(gong)(gong)質經過(guo)吸收(shou)(shou)熱量后蒸(zheng)發成為氣態(tai),被吸入壓(ya)縮(suo)機內進行循環(huan),從而實現循環(huan)制(zhi)冷。
片冰機正常工作后(hou),水(shui)(shui)泵從水(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)抽水(shui)(shui)到分水(shui)(shui)盤(pan),在減速器的(de)帶(dai)動下(xia),盤(pan)內(nei)的(de)水(shui)(shui)均(jun)勻的(de)噴(pen)灑到冰桶內(nei)壁,通過制冷循環(huan)系統結成(cheng)冰層,冰刀在減速器的(de)帶(dai)動下(xia),將(jiang)冰從內(nei)壁刮下(xia)形成(cheng)片冰,落入(ru)下(xia)部的(de)儲冰柜(ju)中以便儲存待用,未結成(cheng)冰的(de)水(shui)(shui)流入(ru)擋水(shui)(shui)板,再流入(ru)水(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)繼續循環(huan),從而實現連(lian)續制冰的(de)過程。
